The show opened with a video recap of the Triple H and Randy Orton storyline, including Legacy attacking Hunter on Friday's Smackdown. Michael Cole spoke as a shot aired of Orton's home in St. Louis. Cole said Orton would join them via satellite from his home later in the show.
